Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label via email to ensure your return is tracked and handled securely.

• 3.
  Pack Your Frames

  Place the eyewear, along with the original case and cleaning cloth, into the shipping box and securely attach the prepaid label to the exterior.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned glasses, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange frames within 5-7 business days.
